(The platform value shown in the attached backtrace seems fishy unless it refers to the Wine build used, which is indeed an i386 build running on x86_64 (amd64)) The GOG installer reports an error before going to the "successfully installed" page, but since I've seen this with every GOG game and they work afterwards, I don't think it matters. For example the Anno 1701 installer also has these errors at the end, but the game runs perfectly. Then wine should wait it to reenter before dispatching the non-queued message (wait until the app calls GetMessage or PeekMessage?).
