While you are in a file, in the top menu select "Compute" tab. Then select "Smooth (fix income)" or "Amortize (fix term)". There will be a couple of pop up boxes but you can just hit "OK" for all of them. After that the "PRINT reports" under the "Reports" tab should be available. If it crashes, which sometimes it does, I can send you a file that will work.
