I found this on google , and I put in my cedega too. Also I pached wine 1.8.4 so the tool tips to do not steal focus on some dialog windwos like in 'Save For Web'. I will put patch here too maybe some othrs need i t. Hello, Thank you for testing . I tested this patch for the wine 1.8.4 , the one taht ships with the latest cedega version and for me is working perfectly for days . I had to ajust the value to 5 finaly. So the line looks like : ---------------- GetTickCount() - key_state_info->time < 5) ----------------- I 'm only using the stable version of wine cause I use cedega .Maybe usefull for others . So if you need more information please be as detailed as possible. VirtualBox 5.1.6 Ubuntu 16.04 I am running an old financial program on wine and when I go to print I select PDF and hit print and nothing happens. The print box closes and the program remains open but no PDF shows up in the PDF file under the home directory. Now I did test Notepad that comes with wine and it created a PDF in the correct folder. Also when I first started the program by right clicking on the .exe and "open with" -> Wine Windows Program Loader. Wine asked me a couple times to install addition software for the program and I don't know exactly what they were but the program opened. And finally if you download the free demo, the installer will not start. But I put the installed program folder from my windows in a shared folder and just ran the .exe and it worked, using the right clicking method. But if you try to run the program from the command line using "wine /media/sf_shared/rpwin/rpwin.exe" it comes up with an "fixme:hook:SetWindowsHookEx16 System-global hooks (4) broken in Win16" Free demo is downloaded here. http://www.fimetrics.com/demo.shtml That is all the info I have thanks. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
