This check will happen each time a post is submitted, if the IP or e-mail on the account is listed, the post will be denied. After that I'll add some post limits in for new accounts. If your account is new, and you have < X posts (say 5), you are limited to 1 post a day. Once you hit 5 posts, you can freely post. Spammers will then at least have to wait 5 days with 5 posts until they can flood us. Then, perhaps we can add some 'flag as spam' buttons for logged in users.
