Some progress here. I just compiled latest Wine Staging from source and I can access the ROTTR launcher (and configure various settings). This was not possible earlier. However, when I click "Play", the game doesn't launch highly due to unimplemented function "USER32.dll.GetPhysicalCursorPos". That's bug 39754. fixme:d3d_shader:shader_glsl_handle_instruction Backend can't handle opcode dcl_input_ps. That's bug 40873. You could mark depends on these.
