[Bug 41207] DX11 Demo "AMD Ladybug" freezes on the splash screen

This seems to need bug 40873. Also this program exposed a new bug fixme:d3d_shader:shader_glsl_handle_instruction Backend can't handle opcode ld2dms. wine 2.7 I don't know how this supposed to look, but I got distorted graphics, all green or blue. Same results with wine-staging 2.6. I quess we just need to wait for some time still.
