Just did a clean install on a 64-bit prefix using PoL, no overrides, wine-staging 2.21. Had to change Windows version to XP to get the client installed as it would not complete using Windows 7, but once it was installed I could change the Windows version to Windows 7 and was able to install Hearthstone through the client. All web content in the BNet launcher loads successfully and Battle.net Helper.exe did not crash for me. I installed the VX ACE RTP from http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages, installed Crysalis from http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/sample-games, and ran the game. I selected "New Game" and the game played its audio successfully without crashing. This is with 32-bit gstreamer1.0 version 1.8.3. Can you please try a fresh wineprefix, and, if you are still experiencing this bug, post a log with +quartz,+gstreamer? I found the same error on another game called "Siberia." And the person solved it by using a desktop.
