This usually prouduce "weapon sound loop issue", wait some minutes until "weapon sound loop" stop, it will evolve to "audio drop" issue". This "audio drop issue" often come with "can not interactive with npc" issue. Are there chances that people seeing really bad Witcher 3 performance using Staging? Especially the D3D11 deferred context patch series is problematic. Using vanilla or not using D3D11 deferred context patches makes the game run much better (almost smooth). I also tried DXVK (which compiles as a separate set of DLLs, no patching needed, uses Vulkan) and besides lots of ugly graphical glitches, the game runs perfectly smooth (60+ FPS with some rare stutters what is probably caused by shader compilation).
