I have two browsers in my Linux system: Firefox 52.8.0 (64-bit) and Chromium version 61.0.3163.100 (64-bit). After going for instance to the following URL https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=39460 in both browsers and clicking patch.diff Firefox does show an "Open file with..." dialog and after choosing the text editor the file gets opened in the editor. I'm sorry, but no, it's not better in any way. It's ugly and unusable. OCCASIONALLY THE KEYBOARD FREEZES AT START UP. I GET THE SAME ERROR IN BOTH WINE 3.0.1 AND PLAYONLINUX (Same Wine version) Someone told me to disable winegstreamer from the library. I did but I got the same result. WINE/Playonlinux: Officially recognize RPG Maker Xp and the version I'm using is an upgraded version though still based on the same engine. I've been researching everywhere to fix this error but I couldn't find a solution. Some people told me that it runs smoothly on their machine and they've got the same OS as me. [Bug 45327] League of Legends 8.12 crashes when starting a game

Luckily I somewhat expected something like this to happen at any time, so I never paid for anything in the game. It is a bit sad as some of my friends are playing the game, but on the other hand I never really managed to get "good" at the game and it always tilted me to get killed all the time. Their "fix" to make virtual machines working again doesn't help me at all as I won't buy a Windows license! If they supported Wine, this would also solve their problem with Metal support on Mac OS. I think they'll need this at some point. Did a developer already have a "deeper" look at this? Is there a chance to get LoL working again? Is there something a "user" can do to help?
