It is originally a software for windows (hence: wine used), the device is attached via usb. The installation using wine runs through until the last thing is "registering product" and then wine stops the installation giving me the back trace below. I tried it several times, no change. However, the program seems to be installed nevertheless and opens as it should. The problem: Although my device senses beeing attached to my laptop (it can be used as keyboard in any program as well, when not opened in the neo manager), the neo manager does not find any neo device. Vagely similar bugs are reported for windows users, if the used usb port is a usb hub. I tried on every usb port my laptop has, it doesn't recognize the device on either one. It tried to pass parameters from launcher, it seems they might be borked there. Win64 responds differently but that might be just way it is checked. When launching EDClient.exe from launcher, you can check process list and see it is launched with parameters. Because I tried install Warframe and when I see update it stop at 4% . I close and open and it want ntlm, but I have only old in Ubuntu Xenial and I compile with success but I can not build .deb package. This for create package is poor http://packaging.ubuntu.com/html/packaging-new-software.html because for example missing command - bzr whoami "example example(a)em.en" I tried checkinstall --install=no --maintainer=tele --pkgname=ntlm --pkgversion=1.5 --pkglicense="GPL" --provides=ntlm --nodoc but it don't have full chroot and 1 command from "make install" trying install file. Third launch says: "Word has detected a problem with the existing Normal.dotm. Would you like to create a new Normal.dotm?"
