After unpacking all files, there is an overlay "Starting windows engine" (or something like that) and then there is a grey area on the whole screen. Nothing happens after that. I tried version numbers 3.12 and 3.11 too. Same bug. So I tried more patches from staging's advapi32-Token_Integrity_Level on wine-3.13, but it didn't help. It seems that patch in staging's ntdll-APC_Start_Process is the one had effect for it.
