I've double checked that these Wine versions have binaries with GOT/PIC register load code at function entry so it should crash if bug 45199 is related. It seems the app doesn't hook any kernel32/user32/gdi32 API at all. I even tested with the original Wine-Staging 3.8 Fedora 28 packages this bug was reported against.
