It was likely belonging to ngen client (010x tid range). Happened maybe during update of GAC ('ngen update' / 'ngen executeQueuedItems'). [Bug 48854] When using Wavelab I am unable to save any file

This is no doubt because I am not that computer literate. I realise if it launches from the quick launch icon everything must be working.
