Whatever OP meant with "Qt version 4.8.6" is certainly not the Qt SDK/development kit. https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/4.8/4.8.6/ https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/4.8/4.8.6/qt-opensource-windows-x86-vs201… I've checked the Qt 4.8.6 installer and it doesn't use WiX nor bundles the VC++ redist package. The SDK installed fine with Wine 1.9.12 release. Waste of time to wait/investigate further since OP was way too vague and didn't bother to provide more information. If I open a windows terminal session and run a non GUI program, for example eac3to, and run the program I should be able to just press the up-arrow key to run the program again.
