This bug occurs shile building x11drv_gpu array entries that has id field assigned to xrandr provider id AND vulkan_uuid field assigned to vulkan ID. And as far as I understand the the linked above - it fills additional gpus that are visible to vulkan, but not visiable to xrandr (or failed to match), so they have ONLY vulkan_uuid, but not id.
