Reproduce: start notepad.exe Open printdialog, confirm error message about no available printers. Printer selection is empty. After reverting to 6.16 the printers loads the printers as expected. [Bug 52065] Rockstar Games Launcher Installer is leaking memory

Unfortunately, though, I couldn't recreate this on further testing. The installation does complete successfully in Windows 10. The launcher screen is supposed to tell you what it's doing (i.e. “Installing Windows Redistributables...”, etc.) but it doesn't do this in Wine.
