Wine will not find or install any .exe file unless that exe file has a logo, using the command line: wine: cannot find L"/mnt/data1/Software/Multimedia/wavelab6/Install/setup.exe" is returned, using the winetricks GUI the file is not visible. Clicks below the button are processed and work. This was introduced in commit 5a8bc554ef06c4a21d8b, April 6, 2021, and is still a problem in the latest git code. Once they show directories, I can double-click to enter them, and their child directories, any number of times, and it doesn't crash. However there are many other bugs. Files cannot be downloaded: they stay stuck on 0 bytes. There are focus issues, missing tooltips, etc. The app is open-source though, which is great, and could help resolve many bugs and improve Wine. Please try to reproduce it yourselves and report if you can still get it to crash. If so, please specify the installation options you used, eg.
