Since then the main menu of the game is just black! But I can hear the sound of the main menu. I attached a STDOUT/STDERR log. Version 1.32.x of the game was running fine using wine-staging-7.14. (didn't test any other wine version before) Wine versions I just tried: wine-staging-7.14 wine-staging-7.15 wine-devel-7.15 OS: Debian-11 Wine: https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/ GPU: Radeon RX 590 Neither standard Wine D3D11 OpenGL based implementation (WineD3D) nor DXVK is working. Awesome. So I wrote an ahk script for it, since it's one of the few 'Wine Supported Applications'. Ran the test script on windows, but it hangs, since at the end of the install, this message box pops up: Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2003 Setup completed successfully. (typing at this point works) Once entered the user can either select an existing character or create a new one. When creating a new character - the last step is to give the character a name. At this point typing suddenly stops working - no text appears and the console is filled with this line with every keypress: fixme:imm:ImmGetDescriptionW (0x4090409, 0xad9460, 255): semi stub This is problem - if only for the fact that once started you can't really exit out of the character creation process without forceably terminating the application. We really need to be able to type the name to exit this point in the game. When running the file through the lnk file created on my desktop, the assert isn't there, but it still doesn't start. Tested with both wine-2.15 and wine-2.15 staging. Switching the output from xaudio2 to openal inside Dolphin config solves the issue. To reproduce download Dolphin 5 (64-bit only) and http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Harmonium Extract Harmonium and run it in Dolphin: wine Dolphin.exe /e Harmonium/boot.dol Click somewhere and make a horizontal line with the mouse and hear the sound.
