Logging with winedbg is not helpful, since it can break things in subtle ways, and running `bt` at the first breakpoint tells us nothing, since winedbg (unlike gdb) will automatically break at the start of a process. This doesn't happen with 6.0.3. It doesn't matter if I use DXVK, WineD3D or software rendering; the same issue persists. And Wine prints the same message "fixme:wintrust:CryptCATAdminAddCatalog NULL basename not handled" to the console. Setup then aborts without installing anything at all. With WINEDEBUG=+msi, I found that the error message comes from the bundled executable haspdinst.exe.
