[Bug 53461] advapi32:service - test_EventLog() fails on Windows 10 2004 and 2009

This is probably what causes this bug. Also note that when the event logger service crashes it gets restarted after 60 seconds. advapi32:service run too soon after advapi32:eventlog so the service will not have restarted yet. Just set the crash variable between 1 and 7 to experiment with each case. In all cases it seems to be the combination of BackupEventLogA() (such as in create_backup()) followed by OpenBackupEventLogA(NULL, backup) that causes the crash (replacing NULL with "" crashes too). That workaround however does not allow minimizing to the Task Bar, it minimizes in the old Windows 3.1 manner.
