Unfortunately for you, DXVK is unsupported here, so try without it in a clean wine prefix. I use plain wine without any third party tool or dll overrides, and have great performance. If you use a non-us keyboard, you may need to use the workaround from bug 30984 to fix some keyboard keys not working. Also, the LotRO launcher may have some missing text.
