So, actually, I built Wine 32-bits myself with zero patch. It builds perfectly as-is and I use the NTCORE 4gb patch to enjoy more games (it's to apply the LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE per .exe). Most of the time, it runs really great but in some games which need more than 3 GB of RAM, the game will just crash saying that it cannot allocate more memory (it's understandable). Is there a way to allocate more memory to Wine 32-bits ? Increasing the 3 GB to something like 3,5 GB by changing a line in the code?
