Got 8.11. Ran winecfg and selected Windows XP. Insert install CD and run "wine setup.exe". After additional tests I can describe reaction to mouse moving. First person view moving only when mouse moving - it's ok. But direction of view moving does not match current direction of mouse moving. It match to mouse moving direction which was some time ago. If v(t) - direction of view moving at time moment t (assuming that time passes only when the mouse moves), m(t) - direction of mouse moving, so this error can be described by formula: v(t) = m(t/2) But it must be: v(t) = m(t) -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Please retest and try to go the farthest you can with Wine only (>=8.10, preferably development version, or staging version if it goes further) and report the first blocking issue you encounter. We'll work from there, one issue after another, until the game runs. Once the game runs with Wine, the other projects will get the update and you can switch back to them. This is the only way to make Wine better for everyone. There are currently no demo, trial or free-to-play version of the game to test with. The demo can be found on this cover disc as "setup.exe": https://archive.org/details/pcg-58-b I've attached the terminal output and backtrace, I don't know if adds anything useful.
