This happens because of vkGetRandROutputDisplayEXT, which seems to be very expensive, and it's supposed to be done only once per wineserver launch, but that doesn't work in Virtual Desktop mode because it always calls get_host_primary_monitor_rect which ends up calling that function, even though it only needs the ID.
