Once I created a 32-bit prefix and installed .NET 4.8 with winetricks the application installs and runs successfully. I was optimistic at this point. At some point though the application wants to launch a browser to a certain URL to log into an information portal. At that point it fails with a System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException. I have attached a screenshot (sorry for a screenshot, but I was unable to copy the text from the dialog to be able to paste here).
