Applications with high DPI settings are not only blurred but also very slow. For example, when I use WinDjView https://windjview.sourceforge.io/en, the scrolling performance is terrible, whereas at the standard 96 DPI, and with the proposed patch, it's quite fast. After bisecting it, found that "winex11: Only update the client window position in sync_client_position." (278ca7f) causes the regression. Fwiw it seems to be using winex11 private DC ExtEscape codes for its own purposes, I've dropped one of them in dec9f8780e61ff7c536ac08a0433e8734ce1f3ca, but the general behavior may have changed.
