The +seh,+module log looks also like the process tried to load widevinecdm.dll twice. There happened already an "access violation on write" before, this could be the reason the Dll gets unloaded again. Unfortunately it had already entered some callbacks to the "Fiber Local Storage", which get still executed RtlProcessFlsData, even when the Dll is no longer loaded. It seems not if you don't have it. There maybe variable here: I play IL-2 1946 4.13.4M with SAS-MODACT 6.40 mod enabler with tons of mods. Both in vanilla and with SAS-Modact I can get scroll-wheel bug, but I never tested if I get sticky pointer in vanilla. I just stopped testing it immediately when I recognized scroll-wheel was not working in vanilla either and assumed pointer bug was also present. - Tested: Sticky pointer bug is only active in SAS-Modact 6.40, and in vanilla it works like it should. (Maybe because of SAS-Modact, maybe reason of some mod/mods, but bug is not present in 8.0 Stable.) After wine upgrade to 9.18, my DirectX 9 apps says no GPU devices found, and I run "wine ninewinecfg" for checking Gallium Nine it gives "No compatible GPU found. On a hybrid graphics setup, you might need to set DRI_PRIME=1 first". The apps run well when I downgraded the wine to version 9.17.
