Basically as the title says, if I minimize FL Studio and then maximize it again, the app ignores the taskbar and goes fullscreen, and I've set the taskbar to be always visible and not to autohide. I've not done a regression test because I don't know how to do them but I'm sure it is a regression because I didn't had this issue before. [Bug 53910] windows get moved around when dpms blankout happens

Now, the interesting thing seems to be the caching problem. That is sometimes, if rarely, as wine recovers from the blankout, some (all ?) of the wine windows decide they've been moved to a different monitor, despite not actually being moved at all. The more faulty part is that if that happens and I actually move such window to a different monitor, it decides it's been moved to the monitor I moved it from - I've only two monitors and they have significantly different sizes; this is what leads to the mouse problems...and what makes that awkward recovery procedure from comment 19 necessary - if wine wasn't caching, likely moving the window between monitors would suffice to reset... If I try to click a button or some other element in the plugins interface, I have to click way up and way left of the actual displayed thing (button, knob...). This occurs in all distros I tested (fedora, endeavouros, openSuse, kubuntu), from wine version 9.22 up to version 10, stable or staging. The only way to use windows vst plugins since then is to downgrade to an older wine version.
