[Bug 57645] LokProgrammer 5 with .NET 4.8 doesn't list serial ports anymore

(COM3)' The reported classguid was {4d36e978-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} (ports) but this doesn't even show up when I run this query in wine. The color mapping is still slightly different from before for some reason, but I think the window surfaces were previously using 8bpp DIB without a color table, which doesn't seem to be possible with the HBITMAP that is now used as an interface.
