I am on Fedora 41 using rpm version 10.0-0.7rc4.fc41. When I uninstall and install 9.15-1.fc41 the application runs normally. When I compile the example as standalone C code, gcc can just compile it (without needing any flags) but when I try to include the header in the iphlpapi_main.c file, the compiler can't find them.
