Yes, we already have said workaround in place for the Wine version. So this issue could be closed. If interest is still there, it appears I can upload the server binary, but not the client binary. (Thus rendering it useless in my opinion). I just wanted to have this mentioned on the tracker, in case someone else stumbles across that issue, when using similar software. (I'm thinking more like if some early 2000's game doesn't have a working multiplayer lobby and seeing this line, it would be very indicative of what's going wrong).
