I mean, while part of the output references MEDIASUBTYPE_MPEG1VideoCD, so first thing to check would be if it works with winegstreamer splitter, Zeb's comment in the mentioned bug suggest it's a colorspace transformation problem. Reverting 8375e6c86e0a01f670e48a666088fafff53e39d8 works around this, but strangely also using native gdiplus works around this. So maybe that commit just reveals another bug (???). C programs that use null terminated strings can still use PEB->ProcessParameters.ImagePathName.Buffer without a problem, however the Zig programming language (which generally use a pointer + a length) will run into problems. Though I realized while I was writing this that the length of ImagePathName is too long even before the CommandLine string is copied over the zeroes.
