The only exception is the property at the very bottom of the object inspector where it's possible to see some of the choices below the bottom of the object inspector window (see attached screen capture). The details mode works normally and shows samples of all fonts. The thumbnails mode doesn't show thumbnails, only font names. My app uses UDP listening on specific address (not 0.0.0.0). It is running on machine with NAT, there are two interfaces with IP A.A.A.A (public) and IP B.B.B.B (private) My app is set to listen only on one IP address, IP A.A.A.A It works properly on Wine 1.5.6. Traffic from subnet B.B.B.B is NATed to A.A.A.A interface and application running in wine receives it correctly. After update to 1.5.24 it does not work anymore. Application does not receive data from private subnet B.B.B.B, however it works properly for traffic incoming on A.A.A.A interface. Please see attached schema. results of "netstat --listening" with Wine 1.5.6 it is listening on A.A.A.A address correctly. with Wine 1.5.24 it is listening on 0.0.0.0 (obviously incorrect, socket binding is set to A.A.A.A address in application and although it is saying 0.0.0.0 app does not receive any data from B.B.B.B network) This application has to be listening only on one interface and do not mix public and private addresses. In this case it is not accessible for clients in private network, so it is critical bug. If I understand it right, bug 47808 was primarily about native libraries getting called at a win32 stack which was not yet committed. Those native libraries then jumped over the guard page, therefore the stack got not grown, instead a crash reported. This aspect was fixed by using the syscall interface and therefore bug 47808 was closed. But there is another issue that causes a msys2-forked process crashing, because after the stack was grown it still misses the PAGE_READWRITE flags. For this Zeb Figura included in the first attachement to bug 47808 "always expand the stack if within the stack reserve" a line adding the flags "VPROT_COMMITTED | VPROT_READ | VPROT_WRITE" to the page that gets the VPROT_GUARD removed in grow_thread_stack. This modification still enables a forked process to run. The issue can be reproduced with an unmodified wine by just - running msys2 bash.exe interactively - then trying to start e.g. notepad from it. Attached file shows the stack when the stack gets allocated - in a working msys2-parent process and - in a failing msys2-forked child process. All cuttings were done with unchecked option "Allow the window manager to decorate the windows". Last cutting was done in MS Windows XP running AutoCAD 2007. Though I am far not familiar with wined3d development and not quite sure that my patch is complete and does not have any caveats. A potential caveat with this patch is the following. Besides using indexes in vertex shaders, a big enough number of supported vertex blend matrices is required to really support this Direct3D feature. It was 4 in 1.7.47, I changed to 128 using the same framework developed in 1.7.47. It may potentially fail on some graphic cards due to large number of uniforms in vertex shader generated. With WINE 9.0, the same videos are played correctly. An extra symptom is that with WINE 10.0-rc2 and 10.0-rc4 the game tends to freeze when trying to quit it, so its process needs to be killed. That is something I have often seen with games that have videos that could not be played, but usually this is related to missing GStreamer plugins. I don't have any specific examples of mistaken computations, but the code seems to basically work by chance. More specifically, the indention of the code seems to be the following: * two time_t values are computed, corresponding to the beginning and the end of the requested year (year_start and year_end); * a binary search procedure is used to narrow down that interval around a DST change event. However, this cannot work in general, because binary searches only work for monotonic data, and DST is not monotonic (each year it switches forth and back, assuming there is DST at all). The algorithm works "by chance", because it first tests the beginning of the interval and then half of the interval, and usually beginning of January and beginning of June are on different DST values; then the algorithm recurses on the first half of the year, and there DST is monotonic (again, usually; I don't know if this is always true). Moreover, year_end is also set to an invalid value (0th day of 12th month, which is a month past December). Doing the "arithmetic" this corresponds to 31st of December, but is that a supported way to specify it? Why not directly setting 31st of December?
