[Bug 58335] Works 10.8 but fails 10.9? But works with WINEDEBUG=+heap

Works fine on other 6 machines. I've also noted another strange issue. Found that with +actctx it will load notepad with a blank screen WINEDEBUG=+actctx wine notepad But WINEDEBUG=+actctx wine notepad test Opens the notepad, but does not actually open the test file that has test in it. WINEDEBUG=+heap wine notepad test Does open notepad, and does open the test file correctly? So, this is the machines lshw -short beginning lines. So not sure what with +heap it works, but +actctx has it open without error, but faild to actually open file. [Bug 58421] Meta Trader 4 does not start

When I tried to start Meta Trader 4 under wine 10.9 in this way, nothing was happening (no error message window as it was under wine 10.3 to 10.7). To see the errors under wine 10.9, I started MT4 (without any chroot/container) in my default Linux terminal (xfce4-terminal) by typing the command "wine terminal.exe" (and being in MT4 directory). I was originally under the impression that a TI-99 was required to reproduce the bug. After deleting that section of code that I added in 2016, I configured Ti99Hdx to use a serial port that was connected to another serial port with a null modem, and then when I opened picocom on the other serial port and typed in some characters, I could see the number of bytes received increase in Ti99Hdx's communication statistics window. Reverting commit 17b86a90037004bda1eac142238f21a56b9bfd77 opengl32: Move legacy extensions fixup from winex11. fixes the crash for me.
