[Bug 58331] Wait cursor does not display

To put it simply: before the commit that broke the functionality, set_cursor would set the cursor directly in X11. After the changes, set_cursor sets it on the server, which is then supposed to forward it to X11. In the reported case, the server does not forward it to X11. Ableton Live Setup window opens correctly. I 'Agree to the license terms and conditions'. Installing to: 'C:\ProgramData\Ableton\Live 12 Lite' Click on 'Install' Installation window progresses to 'Setup Progress' and 'Processing: Initializing...' with progress bar at 0% with a 'Cancel' button at bottom right. Immediately, the Wine Debugger opens with 'Program Error' - The program wixstdba.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. winxtdba.exe appears to be creating a memory access error and I am now out of my depth. Running there wine-1.1.26 with the test application shows a small increase of RSS in the output of ps in processes sertest.exe and wineserver over a few minutes.
