Did a clean Fedora 42 install via Virtual Box Works fine with 10.9 but same failure with 10.10. Did a clean Unbuntu 25 (Noble) install with Virtual Box Pegasus works fine with 10.10?? I tried to upgrade last june to Mint 22. Same printer problem and I couldnt figure it out and dont know how to file a bugzilla so went away hoping it would be fixed. I tried to have a look and I could track it down to function oleaut32.VarFormat, which is called with a format "0.#####E-#" and a VT_R4|VT_BYREF variant. The test produces in Windows the expected "2.95653E1". (It is not completely clear if the application also shows exponential format in native Windows.)
