Installed Lotus Smartsuite. After installation approach did not start. ltdlgn03.dll was not located in lotus/approach directory. There was a copy of ltdlgn30.dll in directory lotus/components. Then it finally stops popping up randomly, until the next time you press Caps lock, then repeat above.
