Only +heap allows it to open notepad Sine error is with seh include seh as well. afert dnf update had to run with WINEDEBUG=+heap to get it to do the normal update, and then said it couldn't find momo and installed it as well. Other machine installed 10.10 update and same process but works without the +heap. Downgrade to 10.8 works fine.
