Reported by user at https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=40957 and I can confirm this behaviour with wine-10.9-214-g19441ac8046 and Staging 10.9. 0024:fixme:olepicture:OleLoadPictureEx 01C66554, 57431, 1, {7bf80980-bf32-101a-8bbb-00aa00300cab}, 0, 0, 0, 0031F6B0, partially implemented. 0024:fixme:ole:OLEFontImpl_QueryInterface () : asking for unsupported interface {7fd52380-4e07-101b-ae2d-08002b2ec713} 0024:fixme:ole:OLEFontImpl_IPersistPropertyBag_InitNew (025F9970), stub! 0024:fixme:ole:OLEFontImpl_QueryInterface () : asking for unsupported interface {7bf80980-bf32-101a-8bbb-00aa00300cab} 0024:fixme:olepicture:OLEPictureImpl_QueryInterface () : asking for unsupported interface {b196b283-bab4-101a-b69c-00aa00341d07} Tried native ole32 but that creates an OOM error. Tried native oleaut32 but that reports another issue with an .ocx and exits. sha1sum: 33a79caecc051c758a50beebea45089b0fd53090 colilinersetup.exe https://web.archive.org/web/20110122132704/http://colinbus.com/downloads/co… jet40 required. The application also takes significantly longer to load than in Windows, but I suspect it may be the same cause. [Bug 55432] PlanetSide 2 launcher is completely white (needs dcomp.dll.DCompositionCreateDevice implementation)

It functions, but without its UI, its effectively useless outside of opening FL Studios with Deelay already pre-configured. I tested with Wine 10.0, and multiple other versions, like GE-Proton under Bottles, using GL, Vulkan, with or without DXVK or vkd3d.
