Is completely black with the Wayland driver. Is not fixed by using the `--in-process-gpu` argument for the launcher executable, whereas that fixes Battle.net and Warframe launcher. The UI elements and everything still exists inside the black window. So if you click exactly where the "Play" button is, the game in question will launch normally using Wayland and there are no issues for me, for example in Watch Dogs. The game works, audio plays, inputs are recognized, AI works (the player is being attacked), only that no graphics ever show up. Tested so far with both Wine 3.13, 3.14, and 3.14-staging. Every time a double wildcard is employed, it triggers an "invalid name" error. Here the string we use: copy C:\CDPR8\Temp\~X_1.* C:\CDPR8\Temp\~A_1.* to be clearer: Copy *.bat /dir works, copy *.bat *.bub does not, apparently the use double wildcards trigger an "Invalid filename." error. This is a wine related problem that can be tested in utilities like Wineskin or Kegworks which can provide a direct access to windows CMD while testing the app wrapping. Of course it happens also launching official wine executable by MacOs terminal. Here a real-life example, using windows CMD with wine: C:\windows\system32>copy Z:\Users\ratox\Desktop\CDPR8\~X_2.* Z:\Users\ratox\Desktop\CDPR8\~A_1.* Invalid name. Invalid name. Invalid name. For bare wine (1 & 2), loading takes about 3 mn. For wine+vkd3d (3 & 4), loading takes 30 s. With native d3dx9_27, loading is almost instantaneous. For wine+vkd3d (3 & 4), 85 temp registers are used with a limit at 32.
