Dataloger opens just fine, however NSP crashes on startup. I don't have any compontents activated because I can't find what the software needs. Everything is fine on 'Windows 8' (and below). This is a quite old problem (months/years..). I mostly used 'Windows 7' preset so far so i didn't care all too much. Tested with a clean 'prefix' and minimal WinSCP installation.
