Application starts, I select EditMask once and the multiple choices appear, but
as soon as I click on it it becomes a textbox again.
I select "EditMask" again and the application bombs out with a page fault in
PBE_FmtUnformatData.

Summary: No keyboard in wcmd
Product: Wine
Version: CVS
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-dos
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.com
ReportedBy: spetreolle(a)yahoo.fr
When I launch wcmd, I have no keyboard until I select "About Wine" or
"Properties" in the menu.
I tried to launch it with --debugmsg +keyboard, and it makes the problem go away.
So I have no clue to begin the debuging process.

I've attached a file containing the MSVC runtime files that I'm using.
Also, I created another test app that dynamically creates different edit styles
using a datawindow rather than MS controls. I'm interesting in seeing if it
has the same problem.

I'm getting similar disfunction in an attempt to install Lotus Notes 6 which I
believe tries to use the Windows installer. Here's a bit from the install log.

Using word 97 with the office assistant will make the assistant disappear as
soon as the main window looses it focus if the DLL shell.dll is builtin.
Using native shell.dll will make it works correctly.

Well, it's simple. Let's keep the current values that we have for Win3.1, and
provide the new ones for Win9x.
Too much talk, too little action :). Just submitted a patch to close this bugger.
