Removing the realtime parameter did not help on my AMD64machine. I'm running Jack-0.100.5. I assume that yours is pretty new if it's Planet CCRMA based, correct? I'll try later today on a 32-bit Gentoo box just to see what I can find out. Could you preovide back your exact Jack invocation?
