This will not be looked at for a long time. This is is why it's "LATER" (after 1.0). Wine is missing whole that layer. And it's not a simple thing to implement. The patch breaks Delphi 1 ide and it won't start. The patch fixes an internal application that only runs a second or so depending on the size of and which code runs. Delphi 1 ide is real before the patch as several components can not be added to forms.
