(tools/options/video), the content where the picture should be is not refreshed,
it's garbage from the previous screen, the same is happening when you try to see
the webcam of someone else , either the video in the skype window, or in
fullscreen, it's still gray/garbage.

I am sorry for my arrogance, but I never felt this part of howto is useable/clear.
To download cvs tree to a disk I'd use instructions from top of another page [3]:
$ CVSROOT=:pserver:cvs@rhlx01.fht-esslingen.de:/home/wine cvs login # passwd 'cvs'
$ CVSROOT=:pserver:cvs@rhlx01.fht-esslingen.de:/home/wine cvs checkout wine
$ CVSROOT=:pserver:cvs@rhlx01.fht-esslingen.de:/home/wine cvs update

Summary: FILE: printing does not work as expected
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.2.
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-gui
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: marcus(a)jet.franken.de
in novell bugzilla I have a user complaining that print to file does
not work.
and yes, if you select the "print to file" option, it will just output stuff
to a file named "FILE:" in the current directory.
We should open a "Save File As" dialog and let the user specify the filename
here.

I can said, that this bug is NOT the same as 3966.
The installator works with 200506, however dosen't work with 0.9.2
I'll test more versions.

I don't understand, after untarring the archive, the mv command. There is no
"wine" nor "repository" directory inside archive, there's only "cvs-commit"
directory.
What is the "mv wine repository" command used for?

Well, this bug might be connected with 3966 and 3967.
I'll try to do CVS testing.

Okay, I could try. I have never used CVS before however, so my success could be
mixed.. If it will help much to solve the problem, I'll do my best.

I will repeat Tony Lambregts: if you can take care and make somewhat long
testing process done, please test the regession and find an offending patch:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3963#c3
This requires to "cvs checkout" Wine tree to disk and compile it by itself, but
that would help us. If you will make a regression test for bug #3963 too, it
will be very easy to know if this is the same issue. (i.e. caused by the same patch)
