Hi.
>>1: EnumPrinter returns 0 Printer, but AddPrinter is called.
Sorry, this was a mistake by me. AddPrinter was not called.
The driver (wineps.drv) was added with AddPrinterDriver.
>From your Attachments:
CUPS has printers installed, but wine did not find them.
There is no log for the relevant code in wine.
I will create a patch to add some logs in this Area.

Hm, maybe I have better formulation for explanation of what is visible in
buttons: It looks like the rectangle character that is displayed when no needed
character is available. Sometimes You can see on the web, when the national
characters are used but are missing in the local installation.
Or something similar.
Well, I'll finish the testing.

Many of the Verlag Dashofer apps are now migrating to work directly from web.
Thus the bug is less important. However, nobody knows, how long will it take to
migrate all the apps, so I will only lower the priority, but not close the issue.

It's most likely stack corruption that gets masked by the relay trace. Probably
a buffer overflow, especially since the fault address 31303635 looks like ascii.
Try disassembling a few instructions before the crash and look for API calls.

Debian Sarge.
There is rollout button -the one with triangle on the right, which You can click
on to roll it out and select one of possibilities inside.
The button can be clicked by mouse, selection can be made. But if You press an
arrow on keyboard in order to navigate in the list of possibilities, for example
the downside arrow, the list rolls thru all possibilities bellow, ends on last
one and freezes the program. Once You press the arrow button on keyboard, when
the rollout button is in focus, You end up with frozen app.

Summary: regression: visibility problem with myODBC installer 2.5
Product: Wine
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: wine-x11driver
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org

Debian Sarge, GNOME.
The installator of myODBC has buggy output. When executed, the window is blank.
Only when You switch to underlying window (terminal, for example) and back, text
and buttons are painted. When You click and do steps for installation, You must
"envisible" it everytime by clicking to underlying window and back.
The buttons are active even if invisible -You can click if You know the exact
location ;o)
This was not the problem everytime. In far past (beginning of 2005), it was
working well.
Since We don't know how many apps this bug can affect, I'll better do the
regression testing and tell more.
