Oh, I see you're referring to the memory thing. The dashes made my eyes ignore
that part.
Yes, the kernel I'm using does have that problem, but winedbg has worked
properly with this kernel before.

The kernel hasn't changed since this started.

Summary: winedbg crashes when it tries to debug things
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.23.
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-debug
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: madewokherd(a)gmail.com
I can't get stack traces when wine crashes because (apparently) winedbg is also
crashing. Starting any program with winedbg, including those that are part of
wine, also causes a crash:
meh@wicket:~$ winedbg notepad
Warning: memory above 0x80000000 doesn't seem to be accessible.
Wine requires a 3G/1G user/kernel memory split to work properly.

If I change 'pbuffer_support' and 'pbuffer_per_surface' variables in
dlls/wined3d/device.c to TRUE, the major 'overhang' anomaly (which shifts due to
perspective as well, taking up more of the screen as you pan down) is no longer
there, and just the ground texture(s) are missing.
