As I found, this bug was patched already in wine-0.9.5. Now Metatrader4 works good on the system with kernel 2.6.15, X 6.9.0 (X Protocol version 11, Revision 0, Release 6.9), Linux-distributive LinuxXP, window manager GNOME upto 2.8. On the system with kernel 2.6.16-smp, X 7.0.0 (X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0, Release 7.0), Linux-distributive ALTLinux 3.0.5, KDE upto 3.5.1 Metatrader4 doesn't show icons and menuitems on the main toolbar.
