Using wine Wine 0.9.19 on Ubuntu breezy badger the console gives me the following output. Maybe it pinpoints to some kind of known issue? I also have the feeling the dictionaries is not so main stream, and migth contain some unresolved bugs itself, so it migth not be wine. But the dictionaries work flawlessly under W98. The printer is not the problem, this error message also appears in Windows (without defautl printer installed), and not further problems occur. I'm a relative noob at wine.
