The bug always appears exactly at the same spot of the test, while testing
advpack:install. That's where I can see the test hanging on my desktop.

OK, here's the results of a longer test :
eMule running for 1 day and 19 hours.
Downloaded 3.9 Gb, uploaded 4.5 Gb.
Kademlia and regular ed2k servers in use, high-ID all the time.
Leaked handles :
$ lsof -nc emule.exe | grep "identify protocol" | wc -l
6
As stated above, this nearly-but-not-zero number is normal.
Total number of handles of wine/wineserver/emule.exe :
$ lsof -n | grep -E '^(wine|emule)' | wc -l
505
I really can't make it crash... :)

Summary: 0.9.25 not working with nVidia drivers 1.0.9742
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.25.
Platform: PC-x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: wine-x11driver
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: topace3(a)oijk.net
There doesn't seem to be any specific place in wich to put GLX or opengl related
things, so I post this here.
After letting portage upgrade my nVidia drivers to version 1.0.9742, invoking
wine on graphical programs fails with the following error message:
X Error of failed request: GLXBadDrawable
Major opcode of failed request: 145 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 29 ()
Serial number of failed request: 391
Current serial number in output stream: 391
I first got this error when trying to run "Ragdoll masters"
(http://www.ragdollsoft.com/ragdollmasters/). I also tested it on the "Spheres"
demo from http://magnum.dimajix.de/download/demos.shtml. This error does not
appear if I change the X video driver to "vesa".
My system is an x86-64. I run linux-2.6.17 with glibc 2.5 and X11R7.1

Yes, I think these two bugs are about the same problem appearing in two
different places. This indeed is a regression bug as well, because the test
stopped working completely for 0.9.25.
But for some reason the zipped version of the latest test refuses to work with
version 0.9.24 now as well, although the .exe does work, and I have almost
exclusively used the zipped version successfully until now.
Anything I can do to help? This is my first debugging activity on Linux ever, so
I do need some advice.
